Apple’s Halloween Earnings Call: Will iPhone 16 Sales Be a Trick or a Treat?
Apple’s getting ready to spill the beans on their fourth quarter earnings, and they’ve chosen Halloween – October 31st – for the big reveal. Tim Cook and soon-to-be-retired CFO Luca Maestri will be leading the call, which you can stream live on Apple’s website if you’re dying to know how many iPhone 16s they’ve managed to move.
This quarter was a busy one for Apple, with a whole bunch of new products hitting the shelves. We’re talking the iPhone 16 lineup, a new Apple Watch, updated AirPods, and even a midnight-colored HomePod mini for those who like their tech a little darker.
Now, the big question is whether all these shiny new gadgets translated into big bucks for Apple. Last time they talked numbers, they were hoping for about 5% growth compared to the same time last year. That would put them around a whopping $94 billion in revenue – a record-breaking quarter if they pull it off.
So, will it be a Halloween treat for Apple investors, or will they be getting tricked by slowing sales? We’ll have to tune in on October 31st to find out. You know, because nothing says “spooky season” like corporate earnings reports.
