Most of the time items will arrive earlier! (as we use a high quality tracked shipping method), but on the odd occasion, they may arrive at the time stated (due to reasons out of our control). We can assure you, that we will ALWAYS do our best to make sure that your item(s) arrives as soon as possible for you to enjoy!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we can ship any order worldwide. Bear in mind, that any orders worldwide are liable to Import VAT and Customs Duty if certain limits are exceeded (which we are not accountable for).

Can I track my order?

Yes. You can enter your tracking number on the ‘Track Your Order’ page.

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing and shipping and this normally takes 2-5 business days. When this is completed, your will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

* Packages can be shipped to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. However, packages cannot currently be shipped to overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.

** Packages can be shipped to mainland UK as well as the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Orders that have been “returned to sender”

All customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and monitoring their order(s) while in transit as important updates are often added to the tracking information.

APPLEVERSE.US is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer on the order page. 

APPLEVERSE.US is not responsible when customers fail to accept orders or fail to retrieve orders from the post office that are listed as “Unclaimed”. With that, no refunds, credits or replacements will be issued in these situations.

Returns & Exchanges
  What is your cancellation policy?

You have 6 hours of the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

  What is the return policy?

If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.

The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.

We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
