Spend a Night in the “Poltergeist” House… If You Dare!
Movie fans rejoice! Remember that iconic house from the film “Poltergeist”? The one with the creepy clown doll and, well, the whole portal to Hell situation? Yeah, that one’s now becoming an Airbnb!
An investor recently snatched up the house for a cool $1.2 million, and they’re not planning on just living there. Nope, they’re turning it into a replica of the movie set. Think 70s/80s suburban vibes, but with a spooky twist. Located in Simi Valley, California, the four-bedroom house boasts a pool (potentially filled with skeletons, if they’re going for authenticity), a jacuzzi, and, oh yeah, that pesky portal to another dimension.
While reservations aren’t open yet, there’s a website where you can sign up for updates. So, if you’re a horror aficionado who dreams of battling the ghostly Reverend Henry Kane, this might be your chance. Though, you know, a nice national park or Disneyland might be a less terrifying vacation option.
